Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When will I get my order?

A. If your item in stock it will ship out within two business days..  Out of stock items are usually marked as such, or the shopping cart will balk when you try to add an out of stock item to the cart. You should receive an auto response verifying that we received your order. If you do not receive the autoresponder, please contact us. We have an excellent woman that runs an excellent small business that fills our orders, Monday through Friday. Every once in a while we may run out of a popular shirt, or reject incoming stock (we're picky about quality), before we get a chance to update the inventory. If that happens, we will send out an e-mail and issue you a refund. You can also contribute to the CCRF. aka the Coyotes Corner Retirement Fund . We accept contributions, honest.

I'm not to proud to ask!

Any contributions are NOT tax deductable, but you may get a very cool decal or bumpersticker!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: As long as we can resell it, we will give you a refund or do an even exchange.   When you purchase an item with free shipping, there is a 15% restocking fee if you return it for a refund. There are no refunds on sale items.. All returns must be pre-authorized by Coyotes Corner.  Product must be unused and in original condition. All returns MUST be accompanied with your name, address, and phone or email. (We've gotten returns with no identification of who sent it) No refunds are granted 21 days from receipt except for orders placed in the month of December,  which can be refunded up to 31 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. If insured and damaged in shipment, we will file a claim with the shipper. If it is a manufacturers defect or a packing error, we will authorize a return, and will refund the cost of shipping the product back to us once we determine that we or the manufacturer was at fault. . Clearance and discounted items are not refundable..

Q: I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet. What are my other options?

A: Your credit card transaction through us is encrypted, and you should see a little "lock" in the lower right hand corner during the transaction. We utilize Secure Socket Layer encryption, which scrambles your credit card information so that it is unrecognizable to potential hackers. If you're not comfortable doing a credit card transaction over the internet, you can still place an order by telephone or use our printable order form and either snail mail or fax it to us. We accept personal checks, business checks, cashier checks, money orders and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. DO NOT SEND CASH. Send all snail mail to:

Coyote's Corner

East Providence, RI 02914

If you are paying with a check please bear with us, as these orders will be held until your check clears our bank (usually around 4-5 days..)

You can also fax us at (401)-401-270-5243

or call us at  (401) 438-7678

Q. I have an idea for a design and would like to sell it. How do I go about this?

A. Send it in!! If we use it, you'll make money!

Q. I want to send something from Coyote's Corner as a gift. Can you take care of this for me?

A. Absolutely! Our items make wonderful gifts. Just let us know the contact information of the lucky recipient and we will take care of the rest.

Q. How do I get on your mailing list?

A.  There are a couple of ways, you can sign up online when you purchase something, you can sign up by sending us an e-mail or you can call us at (401)  438-7678.  We usually send out an newsletter to people that have purchased from us. We don't send out many newsletters, but if you don't want to receive any, just let us know. BTW - we don't sell lists, information, etc. That's an invasion of privacy.

Q. Do your shirts shrink?

A. Our shirts are all high quality 98% - 100% cotton, pre-shrunk t-shirts. That being said, yes they may shrink a little, particularly if you wash them in hot water and then throw them into the dryer. Best advice to avoid any shrinkage is to wash in cold water and line dry. That also helps our planet and keeps your utility bill down.

Q. I only want to purchase goods made in the US, what's your stand on that?

A: Currently most of the shirts we use are from Gildan, Hanes or other companies that provide a high quality garment that's as reliable as the sunrise, and they do it for a price that allows us to stay in business. We do offer Anvil items that are organic, all though not made in the US. Organic shirts are more expensive than non-organic items. Items made in the US are more expensive than items not made in the US.  You would think that more Americans would want to purchase items Made in the US. We're looking into a wonderful family owned business called "SOS From Texas"  Their garments are orgainc and simply said - wonderful. We would love to offer our designs on US made orgainic shirts, however, many people do not want to pay the increase in price that top quality items cost.   Usually, those are the people that complain about  our non-US made items or or non-organic items the most.  Also, most of the vendors we deal with are small family owned shops with maybe, 10 family members working together - no union needed!

Q. How do I get my business/ organization listed on your Cool Links page? Do you trade links?

A. Let us know who you are and what you're about. Reciprocal links are a great way to make a web based business more successful, but we want to make sure we're all on the same page. This means no sex sites, no racist, hateful or right-wing sites. We also tend not to do link exchanges with the CafePress type web-mall outlets. Since these are in essence temporary websites, we feel that the constant updating of link lists to add and remove these here-today-gone-tomorrow businesses is more trouble than it's worth.
Send us an email and include your URL. We'll be in touch.

Q. I'm very happy with the items I've purchased and the service was great. How can I help spread the word about your wonderful company?

A. Tell your friends and neighbors. When you wear one of our shirts, you will get comments and feedback. When you use your drum, you will get questions, please let people know who and where we are! And by all means, if you have a website or participate in blogs or discussion groups, we'd love the exposure.

Q. I love your designs and want to change the world. Can you recommend some good causes?

We tend to concentrate on environmental issues, followed by animal rights issues. We've found that many of the environmental organizations that are out there have become sell outs, as have many animal rights issues.  We like these

www.forestcouncil.org

The mission of the Native Forest Council is to fully protect and preserve every acre of publically owned land in the US, that includes not one more tree comes down!

www.wildwilderness.org

Wild Wilderness believes that America's public recreation lands are a national treasure that must be financially supported by the American people and held in public ownership as a legacy for future generations

www.unchaineddogs.net

www.dogsdeservebetter.com  These two groups work to save those dogs that witless mean people leave chained up in yards forever. These groups work very hard to provide dog houses, food, vet care and hope fully get the current witless animal negleters/abusers to give up their dogs to a better life .

www.badrap.org

This rescue is located in San Francisco. These are the folks that took in 10 of Micheal Vicks dogs. This group educates the public about Pit Bull awareness

www.earsinc.net

Earsinc exits to provide permanet homes for unwanted, abused & neglected endangered animals. They have lions, tigers, bears & monkeys.

www.elephants.com

This wonderful organization provides life long hoomes for elephants that have been abused or are no longer wanted by their owners or the circus.

We support any organization that works to get animals out of circuses, sick animals out of zoos and we work against the private ownership of large animals. Really, are you comfortable with a tiger in your neigbors yard?

Q. I would like to become a distributor of Coyote's Corner items. Can I do this?

A. We are always looking to expand sales opportunities. Send us an email with your contact info and we'll shoot out the information we need along with a wholesale price list. .

Q. I notice that a lot of your shirts are of a decidedly left-wing persuasion. Are you a bunch of anti-Americans or what?

A. Nope, actually we love our nation, we're just own no alligence to our goverment. We admire & respect the Bill of Rights, we are royally p*ssed that we need licences ro hold rallies, we are more that concerned that  our citizens, some of them veterans, have been thrown out of eyeshot of politicians because the tee-shirt is offense to said politician. We do not fly because of both environmental reasons and political reasons. We are deeply ashamed that we don't take care of our veterans. No, we are not anti-Americans. We are very much Americans. Want to see a bunch of anti-Americans? Look at the multi-national businesses that are running us into the ground.
